call for GTI awards

In the run-up to the 4th Greening the Islands International Conference, the deadline for taking part in the Greening the Islands awards is fast approaching.

Now is the time to present viable, innovative initiatives supporting island sustainability in the areas of renewable energy and energy efficiency, mobility and water. The deadline for this year’s awards is October 16 and participation is free. Our five-member jury is waiting to hear about your success story.

Find out how to submit your application here.

The conference itself – Energy, Water and Mobility for Circular Island Economies –will take place on the island of Favignana, just off the west coast of Sicily on 3-4 November, with proceedings held in the legendary and wonderfully restored Florio tuna plant. This year Greening the Islands becomes an “online event” thanks to live streaming and the e-tools of Greeningtheislands.net, which will include voting for the awards.

We take processes apart, rethink, rebuild, and deliver them back working smarter than ever before.
